What is the deposit?

A deposit has to be paid before you rent the flat permanently. This deposit is paid during the registration process. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 97 calendar days after the end of the contract, subject to partial or full deduction as described in the General Conditions.

Studio Suite: € 2,000
1 bedroom apartment: € 2,500
1 bedroom superior apartment: € 2.500
2 bedroom apartment: € 3,000
2 bedroom superior apartment: € 3.000
