Since 1923, family business FRIS has grown into a full service real estate service provider and one of the larger independent real estate managers in the Netherlands. Our services include the management of residential and commercial real estate, residential, business and investment brokerage, research & consultancy, valuations and insurance.

FRIS consists of over 90 employees – Real People – divided over four offices in Amsterdam, Zaandam and Bergen op Zoom. All these Real People know that personal attention, clear communication and a customer-oriented, internal structure form the solid basis for the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction, but also for the success and further development of FRIS. Hans-Peter Fris is the driving force behind these proud professionals.
